Cheap digs with character are easier to find in Le Lavandou. Is one of several beach hotels on the Rue des Trois Dauphins. It’s a small, family hotel. Most rooms have balconies and sea views. This is a popular stretch of beach that can be quite crowded in the summer. The hotel is well-located for hikers, cyclists and nudists! Le Levant, this coast’s popular nudist beach, is about a km/.6 mile away. The Coastal Cycle Path, that runs between Toulon and St. Raphaël, passes close to the hotel. Renovations in 2005 added air conditioning and satellite TV.
